As a resident of the town of Richmond Hill, Carolyn
Davis was born July 9th, 1937 to Walter and Helen Davis. She
attended the school of Loretto Abbey in Toronto for 12 years and then went
on to study at the Ontario College of Art.

She and her first husband Donald
Grant had six wonderful children, two boys and four girls. Still even later
they took in two other girls bringing the total to eight children, one of
whom still lives at home.

Now living with her second
husband, Donald Dempsey Fisher, son of Lotta Dempsey, in Maple, Ontario.
Having written and published a book about the late Lotta Dempsey of whom
was a journalist and among other things an actress as well as reporter of
the Royal Family for many years, Carolyn still holds Lotta with a great
esteem in her memories. The book is entitled:

"The Lady
Was A Star"
